Brief Introduction of the Power Tower First Transmission Line Tower in Guatemala Project
The transmission line tower is a tower-like structure for power transmission. Their structural features are that all tower types are space truss structures. The rods are mainly composed of single equilateral angle steel or composite angle steel. The materials are generally Q235 (A3F) and Q345 (16Mn). The joints between the rods are thick. Bolts are connected by bolts. The whole tower consists of angle steel, connecting steel plates and bolts. Individual parts such as tower feet are welded into a single piece by several steel plates. Therefore, hot-dip galvanizing anti-corrosion, transportation and construction are very convenient. For the tower with a height of 60m or less, a nail is placed on one of the main materials of the tower to facilitate the construction workers to climb the tower.
