The surface of the galvanized layer of the component shall be practical and smooth, and no burr, overgrowth and excess agglomeration shall be allowed at the joint, and no defects such as pickling and ferrite shall be allowed.Galvanized zinc layer should be uniform, and with a solid combination of base metal, hammer not peeling, not convex.
Before the installation of the bolt exposing the top surface of the foundation in the steel tower structure, anti-rust measures should be taken and properly protected to prevent the bolt from corrosion and damage.The gap between the footplate (flange) of communication tower and the foundation shall be compacted with fine stone concrete after the installation of communication tower.After debugging and testing, the tower foot plate and anchor bolt at the tower foot should be sealed with low-strength grade concrete and the protective layer thickness should not be less than 50mm.
The design and construction of communication tower shall closely cooperate with the communication technology to meet its requirements.In determining the tower mast height, number of platforms, antenna specifications, number, direction, feeder trend, etc., at the same time, should fully consider the possibility of expansion and convenience.
